Service and access
Maestro Web is provided by Maestro Tecnologia Ltda. It offers AI editorial analysis, module and orchestra organization, questions, comments and document editing. At this stage, only expressly authorized accounts may use the application; purchases and public registration remain unavailable.
Your account and content
Keep your credentials secure and upload only material you are entitled to use and share for analysis. You retain your rights to your content. Processing needed for the features you request does not transfer ownership to Maestro. Do not use the service to infringe rights, access other accounts or disrupt its operation.
Editorial judgment
AI can make mistakes, omit information or suggest unsuitable changes. Suggestions are kept separate for your review; check text and sources before accepting or publishing a result. The service does not guarantee a particular conclusion or replace professional judgment where needed.
Credits and deliveries
Launch conditions are on the pricing page. Charges are based on technically complete, available deliveries, including valid responses without suggestions. Technical compensation, purchase refunds and payment disputes are separate procedures. Mandatory consumer rights prevail.
Availability and storage
Access may be restricted for security, account suspension or breach of these conditions. Work may be interrupted; follow its displayed status and keep your own copies. Document periods, deletion and backups are described in the privacy policy and do not depend on credit validity.
Contact and changes
Send account, data, support and refund requests to info@maestroapp.site. We do not promise a fixed response time. Updates to these conditions will be versioned; they do not retroactively change rates for work already started. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
