Controller and purposes
Maestro Tecnologia Ltda processes account data, documents, prompts, questions, comments, results and usage records to authenticate users, run requested reviews, retain results for the stated period, handle requests, protect the service and reconcile usage. Contact: info@maestroapp.site. Web uses hosted processing and storage; it does not operate exclusively on your computer.
Providers and sharing
Render hosts the application and processing; Supabase provides authentication, databases and storage. Depending on your selected models and features, necessary content is sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Xiaomi or Cerebras. Search sends queries to the selected engine; DeepSeek Search can supply sources. Each provider has its own terms and may process data in other countries. Paddle is integrated in a test environment; real purchases remain disabled.
Editor copies
The editor copy is available for 30 days after creation, an actual edit or a new question. Reading, opening, downloading and exporting do not renew this period. The editor has its own expiry and may remain available after the original naturally expires. Explicit deletion of the document also revokes this recovery.
Originals, batches and derivatives
Originals normally expire 24 hours after upload validation. Batch jobs have at least 48 hours; waiting for capacity may extend that period. Check the actual date shown for the job. Results and derived files follow access to their source job, except for the editor copy with its own period. Download material you want to keep.
Deletion, records and backups
Expiry or deletion ends the relevant access; physical removal runs asynchronously. Backups have a 7-day window; deletion records are reapplied before restored content becomes available. Minimal security, usage and legally required records may remain as long as necessary for their purpose. Do not use the service as a permanent archive.
Choices and rights
There is no automatic consent to personalized advertising, research on your texts or our own model training. These discount programs are not active. You may request access, correction, deletion and information about your data through the contact above, subject to applicable legal obligations. We do not promise identical retention or training policies across all providers.
Browser
We use browser storage for sessions, preferences and drafts needed for operation. Sessions are not transferred across domains. When changing address, sign in again and save local drafts before leaving the old origin. This policy covers Maestro Web; Desktop has its own policy.
